About Motion:

www.athletemotion.com ("Motion") recognizes that its customers, visitors, users, and others who use www.athletemotion.com (collectively or individually "Users") value their privacy. This Privacy Notice details important information regarding the use and disclosure of User information collected on the Motion site. Motion provides this Privacy Notice to help you make an informed decision about whether to use or continue using the Motion Site.

This Privacy Notice is incorporated into and is subject to the Motion Terms of Use. Your use of the Motion site and any personal information you provide on the Motion site remains subject to the terms of this Privacy Notice and our Terms of Use.

Motion is an online service that allows our members to share their personal sports videos or videos for which they have cleared all copyright information. Members set up unique personal profiles that can be linked together through networks of friends. Motion members can search for other friends, share and receive videos, and communicate with friends, post comments, and provide feedback about the sports video. To ensure each user can find their friends we request and display some personal information to other members and visitors, which allows our users to identify each other and expand their network of friends. Motion members can change their profile information at any time and can control how their friends share their videos with them.

Motion respects each user's online privacy. If you have any questions concerning this privacy policy, please email us on privacy@athletemotion.com

User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.

User Profile information including first names, last name and e-mail addresses are displayed to people in order to facilitate searches for friends to create the ability to share videos. E-mail addresses are used for the purposes of inviting new friends to join Motion, to inform members of updated comments about a video, and to send notifications related to the service.

Invitations and Other Communications to Non-members

Motion members can invite friends to join the service by sending invitation emails via our automated invitation system. Their information is not used by Motion unless they choose to become a member.
